Route 1 — 14-day cooling-off. You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind for any reason. No conditions, no justification. Email shrey@tmua.co.uk and we refund inside 5 working days.

Route 2 — score guarantee. Complete every gate on /guarantee (all 6 mocks, 95%+ of the question bank, every Logic Decoder module, all 4 PDFs downloaded, Uni Predictor used, 80%+ accuracy on your last 100 questions). If you sit the real TMUA and score below 6.5, you get a full refund. Claim inside 14 days of result release.

You can use either route, not both.

Route 1 — 14-day cooling-off. Same as Pro on the platform side. 1-1 coaching slots are forfeit on no-show inside 24 hours; reschedule with 24 hours notice and the slot stays live.

Route 2 — score guarantee. All of Pro's gates plus the four Catapult-only gates (mock interviews attended, PS feedback acknowledged, STEP workflow completed, 45-min strategy call taken). If you sit the real TMUA and score below 7.0, you get 80% back. We retain £179 against the 1-1 hours already delivered.

Total Admission is application-only and call-gated. Refund terms are agreed in writing before you sign, on a milestone basis. There is no instant-checkout refund window because there is no instant checkout.

4. You receive a confirmation inside 1 working day, refund inside 5.

We will not delay you with a chargeback. We will not require you to complete a minimum amount of practice first. We will not ask for a reason or a justification within the 14-day window.
