Refund policy
Two ways to get your money back. The 14-day cooling-off window is no questions asked. The score guarantee runs longer but requires you to actually use the platform.

Route 1 — 14-day cooling-off. You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind for any reason. No conditions, no justification. Email shrey@tmua.co.uk and we refund inside 5 working days.
Route 2 — score guarantee. Complete every gate on /guarantee (all 6 mocks, 95%+ of the question bank, every Logic Decoder module, all 4 PDFs downloaded, Uni Predictor used, 21 active study days, 80%+ accuracy on your last 150 questions). If you completed those gates before your first TMUA sitting and score below 6.5, you get a refund of the amount actually paid. Claim inside 14 days of result release.
You can use either route, not both.
Sessions are sold singly or in packs of 3 or 5. Email us before you've used a session, within 14 days of purchase, and we refund it in full. Once a session has been delivered, that session is not refundable.
Total Admission is application-only and call-gated. Refund terms are agreed in writing before you sign, on a milestone basis. There is no instant-checkout refund window because there is no instant checkout.
Refund request.The score guarantee is not a second cooling-off window. A claim fails if any gate is missing, completed after the TMUA sitting, tied to the wrong account, supported by unverifiable result evidence, or affected by account sharing, automation, chargebacks, or breached content-use terms.
