What you complete first:

1. Finish all 6 full mocks under timed conditions.

   Both papers for each mock, one sitting per paper, full answer set, no pause, no resume, no saved-session continuation.

2. Answer 95%+ of the practice question bank.

   Distinct approved bank questions only. An answer and worked-solution reveal must both be tracked server-side.

3. Finish the Logic Decoder, the 4 PDF guides and the Uni Predictor.

   Every Logic Decoder module with all exercises submitted and checks passed. All 4 PDFs downloaded: 47 Formulas, Score Conversion Chart, 30-day Plan, PS Template. At least one signed-in Uni Predictor score input — a page view alone does not count.

4. Record at least 21 distinct active study days.

   A study day needs signed-in work: attempts, mocks, Logic Decoder work, predictor input, or a resource download. Passive page views do not count.

5. Hold 80%+ accuracy on your final 150 answered questions.

   Filters out scroll-and-click runs; proves real engagement.

6. Submit your real TMUA score within 14 days of result release.

   Official result-page screenshot or result statement showing your name, sitting, score, and result date.

You have a separate 14-day purchase refund route for TMUA Pro. You do not need to complete the score-guarantee gates to use it. Email shrey@tmua.co.uk with the address you bought from and we refund within 5 working days.

The score guarantee runs from the day TMUA results are released, not the day you bought. You can use the 14-day window early on, or the score guarantee post-results, but not both for the same purchase.

1. Within 14 days of TMUA result release, submit the form at /refund-claim with your TMUA score and proof of result.
2. We verify your gate completion against our database: mock attempts, question-bank coverage, Logic Decoder modules, PDF downloads, active study days, and final-answer accuracy. This usually takes 2 working days.
3. If every gate was completed before your TMUA sitting and your score is below 6.5, the refund lands within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
4. If a required gate is missing, late, unverifiable, or completed after the sitting, the score-guarantee claim is not eligible. We still tell you exactly which gate failed.

We log everything you do on the platform. If you complete the gates honestly, the verification is automatic. The refund amount can never exceed the amount you actually paid after discounts, credits, or previous refunds.

• Sitting the TMUA without completing every listed gate first.
• Trying to complete missing gates after the TMUA sitting or after results.
• Claiming after the 14-day post-result window has closed.
• Sharing your account, switching accounts, or completing mocks under a different identity.
• Submitting forged, cropped, or unverifiable result evidence.
• Running scripts to fake attempt accuracy or question coverage.
• Starting a chargeback, refunding through another route, or breaching the content-use terms.
