You completed the work. Now claim the refund.

If you finished every gate on the score guarantee page before your TMUA sitting and your official result is below 6.5, send the email below. We verify platform telemetry and service records before any refund is approved.

What happens next

We acknowledge your claim within 1 working day. If anything is missing from the email we tell you what.
We run a Supabase query against your account to confirm each gate was met: mock submissions, question-bank coverage, Logic Decoder modules, PDF downloads, Uni Predictor usage, active study days, and final-answer accuracy.
Once verified, the refund processes back to your original payment method inside 5 working days. Stripe usually clears it in 3.

If a gate is missing

The score-guarantee claim is not eligible. We email back with the exact gate that failed, but post-result completion does not reopen the guarantee.
