Possible but rare. Contextual offers exist at most colleges, particularly for POLAR Q1 backgrounds, but they typically widen the offer to A*AA plus STEP, not waive STEP. The contextual lever moves your acceptance probability by roughly 4 to 7 percentage points on the published data; predicted A*A*A moves it by 18 to 22 points. Predict the grades, then leverage context.
