Terms of Service

1. Service

TMUA.co.uk is operated by UNI ADMISSIONS PREP LTD, which is the contracting party under these terms. We provide TMUA exam preparation materials and tools, including practice questions, mock exams, worked solutions, interactive study features, and tutoring services through one-time plan purchases.

2. Account

You must sign in to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

3. Plans and Access

  • Free: Limited daily access to practice questions
  • Paid tiers are sold as one-time purchases. Included features and access terms are shown at checkout. Current tiers:
    • TMUA Pro (£299): Full platform access including mock papers, worked solutions, study guides, and analytics.
    • Total Admission (£10,000): Call-required TMUA prep, personal statement help, interview coaching, and weekly 1-on-1 sessions.
  • Tutoring: 1-1 TMUA tutoring sessions (60 minutes each) at £100 per hour, sold singly or in packs of 3 or 5. Sessions are delivered online over video call and booked directly with the tutor.
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

4. Refund Policy

  • TMUA Pro has a separate 14-day purchase refund route as described on the refund policy page.
  • The score guarantee is only available if every listed gate on the guarantee page was completed before the Student's first TMUA sitting.
  • The TMUA Pro score guarantee applies when the official TMUA score is below 6.5.
  • TMUA Pro score-guarantee refunds are limited to the amount actually paid for TMUA Pro after discounts, credits, or prior refunds.
  • Tutoring sessions: unused sessions are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Once a session has been delivered, that session is not refundable.
  • Score-guarantee claims must be made within 14 days of TMUA result release with official result evidence.
  • We may refuse refunds for account sharing, automation, forged or unverifiable evidence, chargebacks, breached content-use terms, or any pattern of refund abuse.

5. Total Admission Terms

5.1 Total Admission is a call-required package. Written scope, eligibility, attendance, completion, and refund terms are confirmed before purchase.

5.2 To claim a refund under any written Total Admission guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met to our reasonable satisfaction:

  • 5.2.1 The Student must have completed at least 90% of the TMUA.co.uk platform(mock papers, practice questions, and study features). This is measured by the platform completion metric on the dashboard.
  • 5.2.2 The Student must have attended the sessions agreed in the written Total Admission scope.
  • 5.2.3 The Student must have completed any agreed admissions tasks, interview preparation, and personal statement work.
  • 5.2.4 The Student or their Parent must not be in breach of any other clause of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to allowing the Course to be accessed by anyone other than the Student.
  • 5.2.5 The examination taken must be the official TMUA examination provided by Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing (or its designated examination body).
  • 5.2.6 The Student or Payee must notify us by email at shrey@tmua.co.uk within 14 days of receiving results, stating the intention to claim a refund and providing evidence in one of the following forms:
    • 5.2.6.1 A photograph or copy of the official certificate provided by the Examination Body; or
    • 5.2.6.2 A photograph or copy of the official grade statement provided by the Examination Body.
  • 5.2.7 The Course and account must not have been accessed by anyone other than the registered Student.

5.3 Aside from the refund of fees paid for the relevant Course in accordance with this clause and the written Total Admission terms, TMUA.co.uk shall not have any other liability whatsoever if the Student does not, for any reason, achieve their desired TMUA or admissions outcome.

6. Content Use

Our content is for personal study only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce our materials.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Abuse refund or cancellation policies

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by TMUA.co.uk.

9. Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee admission success. The guarantee in Clauses 4 and 5 is limited strictly to the conditions stated therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMUA.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
