Terms of Service

5.1 For students who purchase the Full Package (£159), which includes full platform access, 4 x 2 hours of group online tutoring, and the one-day crash course, we guarantee that the student will achieve at least the top 25% (equivalent to a score of 5.3 or above) in the exam. If not, we will refund all fees paid for that package.

5.2 To claim a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met to our reasonable satisfaction:

• 5.2.1 The Student must have completed at least 90% of the TMUA.co.uk platform(mock papers, practice questions, and study features). This is measured by the platform completion metric on the dashboard.
• 5.2.2 The Student must have attended at least 3 of the 4 group tutoring sessions (6 hours total).
• 5.2.3 The Student must have attended the one-day crash course in full.
• 5.2.4 The Student or their Parent must not be in breach of any other clause of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to allowing the Course to be accessed by anyone other than the Student.
• 5.2.5 The examination taken must be the official TMUA examination provided by Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing (or its designated examination body).
• 5.2.6 The Student or Payee must notify us by email at support@tmua.co.uk within 14 days of receiving results, stating the intention to claim a refund and providing evidence in one of the following forms:
  • 5.2.6.1 A photograph or copy of the official certificate provided by the Examination Body; or
  • 5.2.6.2 A photograph or copy of the official grade statement provided by the Examination Body.
• 5.2.7 The Course and account must not have been accessed by anyone other than the registered Student.

5.3 Students may only claim a refund if they achieve a score of 5.2 or below. Aside from the refund of fees paid for the relevant Course in accordance with this clause, TMUA.co.uk shall not have any other liability whatsoever if the Student does not, for any reason, achieve the top 25% (5.3 or above) in the TMUA examination.
